What do we do?

• We make residential construction and mortgage loans. We currently manage more than $30 million in loans.
• We sponsor limited partnerships for real estate investments for sophisticated investors who have the financial resources to make investments involving greater risks with the possibility of earning a higher return than they might receive from banks, investments in the stock market or other sources. Typically, our partnership investors commit $100,000 or more, but lesser amounts are considered.
